Lori Gould, CEO and Principal Consultant
Lori has over 25 years’ experience in the environmental sector and specialises in practical natural resource management, particularly riparian rehabilitation, landscape planning and community engagement. Qualifications include PhD Migratory Bird Ecology (current), Masters (Integrated Water Resources Management), Post Graduate Certificate (River Restoration and Management), BSc (Environmental Science), Ass. Dip. of Applied Science (Animal Science), registered Land for Wildlife assessor and a Fellow of the Peter Cullen Trust.

Stephen Bruce, Program Manager
Stephen brings 24 years of experience in the natural resource management industry, working across NSW, ACT, and VIC, with a specialization in native vegetation restoration. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Charles Sturt University. He has worked in both government and private sectors, including as a ranger with ACT Parks and Conservation Service. Stephen has experience managing native seed and plant nurseries, volunteer engagement activities and delivering countless successful environmental restoration projects on both public and private land.

Rozita Higgs, Planning and Business Operations
Rozie is a recent graduate of the ANU having completed a BSc (Environment and Sustainability). Whilst working with ERDP Rozie has been involved in Ecological Connectivity and Landscape Restoration Plans across Canberra in both Urban Open Space and Nature Reserves. She is committed to working with the clients and especially community groups to build stewardship into each project. With a genuine love for the Canberra region, Rozie is truly invested in working to protect the biodiversity and natural values of her local area.

Kerri Goebel, Contractor Liaison and Safety
Kerri is here to make the work we do with contractors as smooth and as safe as possible. He came from Cairns to Canberra 3 years ago with a budding interest in the environment and landed with ERDP at the beginning of 2025. Kerri has experience with our friends over at 18fifty3 participating in bush regeneration and has also volunteered with the Australian River Restoration Centre. His enthusiasm and ability to strike up a conversation makes him perfectly suited to being the friendly face ensuring safety and quality at all our sites.

Australian River Restoration Centre
The ARRC are a multidisciplinary team of writers, researchers and environmental scientists advocating for our rivers. They combine science with long-term partnerships between landholders, government, funding agencies and practitioners, restoring and improving the waterways on landholder properties. Their projects include Finterest, Rivers Of Carbon, Flow-MER, The Forgotten River and Water Management Twinning Program.

Southern ACT Catchment Group
Southern ACT Catchment Group leads conservation initiatives across the southern ACT, collaborating with landholders, volunteers, and government agencies. Their work includes weed and erosion control, habitat restoration, and waterway protection to sustain healthy landscapes. They also support bushfire recovery efforts and sustainable farming practices to strengthen the resilience of the region’s ecosystems.

Molonglo Conservation Group
Molonglo Conservation Group focuses on restoring and protecting the Molonglo River and surrounding landscapes. Through habitat restoration, community engagement, and environmental advocacy, they work to enhance biodiversity and improve ecosystem resilience. Their projects include replanting native vegetation, improving water quality, and fostering partnerships to ensure the long-term health of the Molonglo catchment.

Ginninderra Catchment Group
Ginninderra Catchment Group works to protect and restore the Ginninderra Creek catchment through community-driven conservation efforts. They support local Landcare groups, deliver on-ground restoration projects, and promote sustainable land and water management in the region. Their initiatives include habitat rehabilitation, waterway protection, and environmental education programs that empower the local community to care for their natural surroundings.

Dreamtime Connections
Dreamtime Connections deliver on-ground works services such as fencing, planting, weed control, establishment of bush tucker gardens and other restoration works. Led by Aaron Chatfield, who has over 10 years’ experience in natural resource management, Dreamtime Connections is helping to educate and promote Aboriginal culture, food and land management techniques as part of mainstream Australian life. Soil and Water
With over 30 years’ experience in the ACT, New South Wales and the tropical farming regions in North Queensland, Soil and Water are experts in land capability assessments, soil erosion control and wastewater management. Led by Dr. Jason MacKenzie, a spatial data scientist with 15+ years in environmental conservation, GeoADAPT combines expertise in marine biology, ecology, and wilderness training to drive impactful solutions.

Atlier KIPU
Atelier KIPU provides heritage and design advice and architectural services in and around the ACT, with a focus on delivering for climate, community and culture. Website: Atelier KIPU. Natural Waterscapes
Natural Waterscapes deliver aquatic landscaping the way nature intended. Mick, owner and operator of Natural Waterscapes, has a passion for nature and believes that ponds and waterfalls should blend into their surroundings to best provide ecosystem value. Natural Waterscapes also undertake dam and landscape enhancement works using logs, rocks and other materials as well as landscaping more broadly.
